Using HomePitch
HomePitch is free for sellers. You list your property, approved agents send pitches, and you choose whether to accept any of them. Listing creates no obligation and no contract with HomePitch.
For agents
Agents must hold current membership of a government-approved redress scheme and give accurate details about their business and track record. Pitches must be genuine offers to act for the fee and terms stated. We can remove an agent for misleading pitches or misuse of seller information.
Estimates and guides
Guide prices and the "money in your pocket" figure are estimates, not valuations or guarantees. Any agreement you reach is between you and the agent you choose.
